JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a customer-support representative to add to our world-class customer support team!
Main responsibilities will be to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Starting salary: $500 per month

Customer Support Responsibilities list:

• Manage emails and social media messages/comments
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right processes/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team goals and targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong communication skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Has stable internet connection
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays
• Must be comfortable/willing to learn the basic concept of trading and cryptocurrency
