We are a growing law firm in South Australia and we are in search of an experienced Legal VA.
Fun fact about us: we have worked (and still working) with awesome VAs from the Philippines for almost 9 years now.
We are looking for experienced LEGAL Virtual Assistants to assist our lawyers with their
--> We would prefer someone with experience working online with lawyers or law firms.
--> We are looking for someone willing to commit long-term. We do not want to waste our time training individuals who would eventually leave the company after a few months.
We would like to give you a try if you are or have any of the following:
*Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
*VA experience for a minimum of 2 years (preferably with a law firm client)
*Laptop or PC with minimum specifications: i5-8th gen, 4GB RAM, 512SSD, Windows 10 pro
Expected tasks include, but not limited to:
*Primary contact with Lawyer is through Microsoft Teams
*Forwarding client-related
*Placing return calls into tasks.
*Costing
*Importing documents into our practice managment system and costing them.
*Reporting first thing- what's on / tasks to be done/ asking whether you can assist
*Checking the lawyer's calendar in advance to see conflicts.
*Organising Appointments with clients as requested
*Making sure other staff have appropriate appointments in their calendar
