JOB OVERVIEW

We are an affiliate influencer marketing SaaS platform looking for a full-time Business Development Manager that has skills in sales and marketing.

You will be responsible to:
Plan, negotiate, and build a long-lasting relationship with key accounts, key partners, and potential partners.
Build up our social media profiles.
Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning

You must have significant experience in sales and marketing using the following tools:

Linkedin Sales Navigator
Trello (project management)
Cold Email
Fb messaging
IG messaging
Zoom
Canva

Our markets are primarily in Australia and New Zealand

We focus our outreach in the B2B space. 80% cold outreach to start.

Perfect written and speaking of business English

Can solve problems without needing guidance!

Initial Tasks (priority)
-Come up with strategies for business outreach
-Build up our social media profiles
-Outreach & Appointment Setting (email/linkedin)
-Sales pipeline management
-Lead Scraping & Data Enriching
-Nurture the leads
-Reach our goals and KPI

You need to be driven to hit KPI's and be well versed to learn anything.

Required / Must Have:
• Excellent Communication Skills (English)
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication skills via video call and email
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
• Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas



Compensation and Benefits:
- Work stability of having a full-time job with a startup company
- Work Monday-Friday following Australian business hours
- Bonus and salary increments will be provided based on good performance
