Job description:

Caliber Smart is the top retailer for Dish Service in the ---------- liber is looking to hire in our Account Services ---------- liber smart is a direct-to-consumer business now for nearly 15 years selling multiple products including; Dish, Tmobile, ADT and Solar.

As part of our team, you would:

Handle inbound calls in english
Manage accounts previously processed.
Facilitate escalated account issues.
Monitor in-house communications.
Assisting escalated customer accounts.
Explaining pricing and Equipment

Requirements
Must speak English and have reliable internet.
