Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert

We already use Klaviyo for our email marketing and we have a subscriber base of about 90,000+ with around 28,000 profiles being active.

We achieve now good revenue (about 26% of company revenue is through email) and this is generated by several flows/automations + between 4-6 email campaigns, being sent monthly.

We are looking for a Klaviyo expert to work part time (but with the capacity for full time work if we feel it's required) to join our Philippines team.

If we hire you, what do we expect of you?

- Firstly you should audit our current Klaviyo account IN FULL
- You should come up with ideas of segmentation (we don't currently do this) but ultimately so that the correct message is in front of the correct customer.
- Create a "Campaign Calendar" - ALWAYS 3 months in advance.
- Review our current flows and come up with ideas on how to improve these and implement once we approve.
- Work alongside our Graphic Designer & Content Writer (If Needed).
- Deliver monthly reports which should be Revenue & ROI focused.
- 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day - working hours must be regular and agreed in advance, between 2pm to 10pm Philippines time, Monday to Friday.

Your Qualifications & Work Experience.

- At least 2 years experience in Email Marketing. With ideally at least 1 years of this experience being in Klaviyo
- A proven track record of building email marketing strategies
- You should have a strong portfolio of previous email campaigns / flows
- Plenty of experience with automation & workflows
- We expect you to lead this project, therefore you should be able to tell me what we should do as a business to improve our email marketing. I shouldn't need to tell you.
