Exercise Equipment Technical Support - Overnight, Fluent English - 230130B

A US-based team focusing on the fitness industry is seeking a very organized exercise equipment technical admin to help us manage customer support for our growing company. We operate like a family and are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber to join ---------- TE: This position is for someone who has knowledge, skills and aptitude for the mechanical workings of exercise equipment. Machines we service includes treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, steppers and other fitness equipment. You should have some understanding of small motors, electrical control boards, belts, consoles and other components of these machines. We will do some training but our preference is for you to walk in with some knowledge of how exercise equipment works.

Your time will primarily be spent using spreadsheets, email, messaging platforms and other online systems. Clear English speaking and writing skills are critical as you will also be receiving some inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls to customers and ---------- TE: This position will need to be available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CT USA (9PM-6AM Philippine Standard Time).
