Accounting cleanup & support

We are a US-based construction technology company looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper to help out with a series of clean-up projects in Quickbooks Online and ---------- . We are in need of immediate support for this on an immediate full-time basis. The initial work will be contract (paid hourly), but for the right person there would be the potential to extend the contract into a full-time position with our ---------- itial projects (Loom videos + details how-tos will be provided)
+ Standardize journal entries for all payroll periods in 2022 & 2023. Review previous payroll reports (in PDF) and current journal entries. Make adjustments as ---------- timated time: 8-10hrs
+ Break out interest/principal on vehicle loan for Q2 -> Q4 ---------- timated time: 3-4 hours.
+ Review Amazon purchases from 2022 (anything above $100) to ensure proper categorization. Update descriptions in QBO to standard new ---------- timated time: 4-6 hours
+ Update all material purchase bills for 2022 & assist with sales tax reconciliation. Review all material purchase bills 2022. Align format to current standard, break out sales tax, and add sales tax to Google Sheets tracking system for later US-based CPA ---------- timated time: 3-5 days.
+ Review landlord statements from 2022 and update to ensure proper categorization of expense ---------- timated time: 4-6 hours

What we're looking for:
+ Required: experience as a bookkeeper/accountant (CPA would be amazing)
+ Required: experience with Quickbooks Online
+ Required: extremely detail oriented
+ Helpful: experience with ---------- & Airtable
+ Helpful: experience with accounting for construction companies
