Operations Analyst & Virtual Assistant

Bravo CPG provides operations, logistics and supply chain support to CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) companies, mostly in the food, beverage and wellness industries. We are an extension of our client's teams, and we are focused on helping to ensure that products get made, moved around and delivered on time.

We are looking for an Operations Analyst with strong attention to detail, fluent English (written and spoken) and excel proficiency. This is a part time, freelance position that will start with 5-10 hours per week and could grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Process wholesale orders (enter order information on wholesale platforms, track order details in spreadsheets, communicate order status to tea ---------- mbers)
- Coordinate freight (book freight, track status of freight shipments, follow up with carriers to ensure on time delivery)
- Various administrative tasks associated with onboarding and supporting our clients, data / information collecting, reporting, etc
- Various virtual assistant type tasks for business owner (this will be a limited part of the role but could include tasks like: coordinating gifts for clients, booking travel, setting appointments, etc)
