Top Graphic design (FB, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Banners, Photos)

I am looking for someone who is an expert with graphic design. I am rebranding all my company and I want someone fast but with a great work.
I will start o some freelancers work and once I feel its the right person than we move to a part time or full time job.
If you have video editing skills and some technical skill with html or website building even better.
I will start with some free lance jobs now, like Youtube, FB and Twitter covers and branding and we will go from there.
I provide the photos and I say more or less what I want.
I look for a long work relation.
