Field Architect

Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Architecture, Licensed is preferred but not required
* At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Knowledgeable in MS Software (Excel, Word, etc)

Responsibilities:

* Administer project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
* Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
* Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
* Compile project specifications
* Keep within budgets and timelines
* Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
* Will work onsite full time
* Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

13th month salary

Requirements:
-
- 6-Basic Medical
- PPE (Hard hat and Safety shoes)
- Master's Degree in Architecture
- At least 1 Year of working experience onsite
