Full Stack Wordpress / Woocommerce Developer

Hi, I am looking for a Full Stack Developer to assist in the development of a Wordpress / Woocommerce website with quote cart functionality.

This job post is initially for the development and then ongoing maintenance of the site as well as feature addition.

Things which are important to us:
- Entire site to be made SEO friendly, I will provide guidance on this.
- Fast loading, light code
- Excellent mobile version, optimisation for mobile users
- Easily upgradeable and made with up to date technologies
- Modern and clean design

This project will be done in 2 phases:
Phase 1: The user will be able to browse and view products. They will be able to add the items to a “quote cart” and input details about delivery and pickup of products. This will then be submitted via API to our rental management system for ---------- ase 2: In addition to phase 1 functionality the user will be able to get a live quote on delivery rates (the delivery price will depend on multiple factors which the website will need to calculate).
