As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement social media strategies for our client's personal brands, and make sure the quality of content is top-notch and according to the client's voice. You will work closely with our Research and Development Team to ensure that all social media content is consistent with the client's overall branding and marketing efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Attend TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and other agency events to ensure that all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are aware of the social media strategies
-Develop and implement social media strategies for personal brand clients
-Monitor and analyze social media metrics, and use data to optimize social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all social media content is consistent with the client's overall branding and marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, and incorporate them into your work as appropriate
- Assist with the management of paid social media campaigns
- Quality Control of Contents to be posted
- Other MISC Tasks We May Need Your Help With

Requirements:
- Social Media Management Experience (2+ years)
- Reliable computer with a webcam, microphone, and a stable WIRED internet connection.
- Must have great written and oral English speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize social media campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Agorapulse or Buffer
- Familiarity with Transcribing apps such as Descript
- Computer specifications requirements:
Atleast i5 8th Gen and above
Atleast 16GB RAM
Atleast 500GB SSD and/or 1TB HDD
Windows 10 and above
- Passion for personal branding and marketing
