• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related field.
• Must have at least 10-15 years working experience in Commercial, Residential, Construction Industry
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Budget management experience.
• Experience in Managing Multiple Projects.
• Excellent Leadership and People handling skills.
• Excellent Time and Project Management skills.
• Experience with new construction and design-build is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizing and communication skills
• Knowledge in engineering works
• Knowledge in project implementation management, Microsoft Office Application & AutoCad
