24/7 Media Host is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web hosting and development, as well as skills in WHM/Cpanel and promotion marketing.

As a Sales and Support Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and advertising our web hosting and development services to potential clients. You will also provide support to existing clients by answering their questions and troubleshooting any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and advertise 24/7 Media Host's web hosting and development services to potential clients
Provide support to existing clients by answering their questions and troubleshooting any issues they may have
Utilize WHM/Cpanel and promotion marketing skills to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure 24/7 Media Host stays competitive
Qualifications:

Strong background in web hosting and development
Skills in WHM/Cpanel and promotion marketing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work 24/7
