About the Role

As a full-time Direct Response Copywriter, you will have a direct impact on helping improve the lives of Future Firm’s customers.

The ideal candidate will spearhead writing persuasive copy that aims to get an immediate response from readers and customers.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Lead the company’s copywriting initiatives from a strategic and execution standpoint
Understand the company’s vision and strategy and translate this into copy that “sells”
Continuously take steps to better understand Future Firm’s market and voice (ex: customer interviews, etc)
Lead and write promotional email launches to customers and non-customers
Write sales pages and landing pages
Write case studies and testimonials
Write website copy and other ad hoc copy (ex: product titles, lead magnet titles, ad copy, etc)
Overhaul all written communications to the company’s customers
Be willing to pitch in to help with various other written projects on occasion (helping produce lead magnet copy, blog writing, etc)

What You Need to Succeed

4+ years of direct response copywriting experience
Ability to understand goals and strategy of the company and translate that into a copywriting strategy that “sells”
Ability to execute copy in line with the agreed upon strategy
Attention to detail and accuracy (ie. every word counts)
You must have excellent English written communication skills
You have a strategic mindset and can actively suggest ideas for how to approach our copy to improve response and sales
Creativity and imagination
Ideally with experience in the coaching and online course space
You’re able to meet once a week for a brief meeting in the evening.
Strong and stable internet connection required because the team is fully remote, you can work anywhere you want
Ideally has email marketing experience, preferably in Convertkit
You are super organized and can prioritize your work to ensure deadlines are met
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Knowledge of various direct response media, from emails to letters, and what works in each format
Ability to research and interpret complex topics
Ability to accept feedback and implement necessary changes

Recruitment Process
