Position Purpose:
The role of Inside Sales Business Funding Closer is diverse and interesting, involving connections and negotiations with Business Owners that need business funding. Lead Generation and sourcing, cold calling 100+ business owners a day, qualifying applicants, getting applications completed, submitting funding requests, presenting approvals to clients, and closing deals. This could be for Merchant Cash Advances or Equipment financing deals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build a funding portfolio for the company
• Manage and perform all strategic sourcing and vendor management activities
including the following:
• Conduct candidate interviews and notate the files for review
• Handle incoming calls, web, and
• Acquire all funding documents needed to get approval decisions processed
Job Requirements (including education):
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting, cold calling, general business, process improvement.
• Fast-learner and ability to multi-task.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
• Self-starter / proactive and take ownership of assignments.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Results-oriented individual with the ability to adapt to a changing environment; able
to meet monthly goals.
