Virtual Assistant Cold Caller

Your Role:
You will be on the phones connected to a dialer to contact homeowners in regards of asking if they are interested in selling their property. Collect any information about them and the condition of the property into a CRM for it to be handed off to a sales representative. Your goal is to talk to as many homeowners as possible to have quality conversation, make them comfortable , and mark as a lead or follow up.
