High ticket store - Assistant

We are look for a star performing assistant for our high ticket shopify store.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing shopify store including, but not limited to, adding/updating products, creating new pages and improving existing configuration
- Communicating with existing suppliers on a regular basis. Finding new quality suppliers, minimising costs without compromising the quality.
- Ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Responding to customer questions over chat and emails, providing awesome customer service on a timely basis.
- Knowledge of Facebook and Google marketing, SEO, organic traffic preferred.

Skills / Experience needed:
- Shopify
- English writing
- E-commerce marketing (preferable)
- Flexible attitude and patience
- Ability to stay happy and make others happy ????
