Create travel blog outlines

I'm looking for someone who can create travel blog post outlines.

I'd like someone who is:
- a self-learner
- accurate
- communicative
- fast but meticulous (quality over quantity)

And obviously, excellent English skills are a must.

The job will be 40hrs as a freelancer at first (Php 7500/week) but may become a full-time contract in time. A paid trial is part of the job application.
