Looking For A Virtual Assistant / Wordpress / and LOVES to create Videos

I am looking for someone to help me with my Internet Marketing Company. Mainly, we will be creating videos for small local businesses and I really need help in making those videos. The right individual will know how to use PowerPoint, and Windows Movie Maker and maybe even have another software program to make professional and attractive advertising videos. Duties will include finding those small businesses and searching online for information to put into the videos. Also, uploading them on YouTube. Employee will make websites, perform SEO duties, and social marketing for our customers. 25-35 hours per week. After 90 days, pay raise and bonuses for jobs well done.
