Content Creator for Publishing Company

Full-time position – 40 hrs/week - $600/mo.
We are looking for someone ambitious, hard-working and quick to learn. We are a small but growing business and hard work will be rewarded.

We are a publishing company creating books and online content about off-grid living, homesteading and self-sufficiency.

We are a team of 3, and looking to bring on another tea ---------- mber who has very strong English writing skills, as your tasks will mainly consist of:
• Content creation. Doing research and helping in writing, editing, and fact-checking parts of our books. This writing will often be technical.
• Making high quality facebook posts, instagram posts, scripts for videos, and engaging with our customers on social media.
• Managing our website, creating landing pages with good sales copy.

Requirements: Be highly proficient in English, have experience with content creation, writing, social media, customer service, marketing and sales. Willingness to learn fast and try new things.

Any experience with KDP, ebooks, content writing or publishing is a big plus!

As we are a small operation, this will be an all-hats kind of role. We will be in constant communication, and have calls most days to brief on what we’re doing that day.

Working hours:
We work Monday – Friday, and are pretty flexible with hours. As long as you put in your work and complete your tasks you can work the hours you want in the ---------- ’s not regular, but we may ask that you put in a couple hours on weekends to do minor things like responding to emails or customers. If we do, weekend work will be compensated extra.
