Fitclub Agency provides services to the fitness industry, primarily gyms and Personal Trainers.
We are a young, thriving company that has a lot of experience in the fitness industry with the owner owning and running gyms currently. Our specialism is martial arts academies.

About You
You will be a highly organised social media and video editing superstar.
We are looking for someone to support the team with editing videos and scheduling content posts for us and clients on social media on a daily basis.

In this new Social Media Specialist position, you will plan campaigns and look to create highly engaging content.
You will monitor engagement, growth of followers and performance of your edited videos.

You’ll work closely with the team on ideas and creation of inspired and innovative social media content that brings our messaging, product portfolio and brand to life.

As we are a small but fast-growing company you will be someone who can take the lead and work on your own to get projects delivered on time and exceeding expectations.

You will be the sort of person who thrives on responsibility and finds solutions to problems.
You will be an excellent communicator with a high-level of English.
Able to present problems but with one or two solutions to those problems because you have thought it through to see if there's a way around it before reporting it back to the team.

You will be good at documenting and planning campaigns that increase followers, engagement and brand awareness on platforms like Youtube, Instagram, ---------- and Facebook.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Global Marketing team on a remote basis..

What are we looking for?

You’ll be a motivated, creative person who knows your way around the core social media channels and understands the importance of social media as part of the digital and wider marketing mix.

You’ll have a proven track record in delivering effective social media campaigns and contributing to wider marketing goals. You’ll create and use performance reports to measure success, identify and explain trends and suggest and implement new tactics.

You’ll have a creative mind, someone who loves engaging people through compelling messaging and a passion for delivering a world-class experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do

With an eye for detail and a drive to make a difference, you’ll be a multi-tasker who knows how to bring your content ideas to life and at pace. You’ll want to develop your skills and build on existing experience, learning from a fun, lively, close-knit team of Marketing experts.

This role will require various day-to-day admin tasks and reporting along with CRM/data entry.
We are seeking an individual who is proactive and willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations each and every time.

The Opportunity

Schedule content posts for us and clients on social media (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.)

As a company that appreciates hard work, we will review pay levels for those who show excellent skills and exceed expectations.

Skills & Requirements:

- High-level English is essential both in written and spoken form.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Highly organised and pays attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM’s
- Social media management skill would be preferred
- Video editing and skill with Canva also preferred
- Stable and fast internet and power connection (proof of speed required)
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (ie Adobe Express, Premier Pro), Slack, Loom, Google Docs, ClickUp are preferred.
