Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer Needed

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at JCS Refresh - an exterior cleaning company serving commercial and residential clients in the greater Seattle area of the US.

This person will manage Instagram and Facebook, with the possibility of Pinterest in the future (using Tailwind).

The ideal candidate will have experience using Meta Business Suite to schedule posts on Instagram and Facebook, as well as experience with hashtag research and graphic design using Canva or a similar design application. LinkedIn design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing social media accounts for the company, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement
- Conducting research to identify relevant hashtags for posts
- Using "on the job" pictures to create engaging posts
- Writing captions
- Creating visually appealing designs for social media posts using Canva or a similar design application
- Monitoring analytics to track the success of social media campaigns
