Looking For A Highly Motivated Creative Strategist

Creative Strategist WANTED

Due to rapid growth of our e-commerce business, we are looking for someone to help us come up with creative photo ads ideas for various products, which are advertised through Facebook Ads.

Due to the high turnover rate of the ads (new ads of the same products every day, for weeks/months), it is important that you provide creative input on a daily basis. This could include other marketing angles for the product, ways to reach the target audience, pain points of the target audience, all made visible in image ads.

Please note that this role is 75 percent the creative thinking part and only 25 percent out shaping the idea in Canva or photoshop. The team already includes a graphic designer who can take any ideas further.

Job description
- Doing research and providing input for new ads (variants)
- Thinking out of the box for unique and converting photo ads
- Visualising your ideas in a design programme

What do you need to meet?
- You are creative and a team player
- You have an eye for detail and have experience with Canva/Photoshop
- You are super motivated and eager to learn
- You are flexible and available full time
- Knowledge of Facebook policies (pre, not a must)
