Customer Service Representative

Hello future customer service rockstar!

For my dropshipping business, I am looking for a good customer service representative who is available per day 2-3 hours. I am looking for someone who is good with managing, planning, and administration. We mainly work with PayPal and Klarna as payment methods. So there will also be disputes and they need to be handled well. We don't want to lose money when it comes to disputes. Do you do your work neatly and do you have experience with disputes and emails to treat the customers well and make them feel like a king, AND are you stress resistant?

Then I am looking for you.

Having experience with Zoho Desk, and Shopify is a must, we will also be using AirTable and Asana.
Fast internet and quick response are a must! If you don't have time and have other work then it's not worth responding.
