Amazon Purchasing Coordinator

This VA would be helping the purchaser chase up orders and Raw Materials, components etc. They are to get all of the data on all orders and are responsible for getting all the data after the purchase until it arrives. They will need to find when something is expected to arrive when it will be shipped, get and verify the tracking number and then coordinate all that data with other employees. Eventually, they will help with the actual purchasing but for now, they will help chase up everything.


REQUIREMENTS:
- at least 1-year experience in amazon purchasing
- Must speak and write English fluently
- Must be very familiar with skincare products
- willing to use Hubstaff for tracking work
- our pay-out is every week
