We are a Singapore-based cosmetic brand that services the US and European markets. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team!

The Job Scope:

- Assist in Influencer Marketing campaigns
- Work with marketing team about brand and marketing initiatives.
- Influencer Search(List Building)
- Contribute ideas for improving influencer marketing standards and processes
- Respond to customers' inquiries over emails
- Assist with customer's order issues such as exchange and refunds
- Order Fulfillment (Shipment Label Creation, Updating Order Tracking in Shopify or Woocommerce)
- Social Media Management (Content Curation and IG Posting, Responds to DM)
- Other Ad-hoc support

We are looking for individuals with the following Skills and Experiences:

- Great written English
- Customer service email and messaging support
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ecommerce OR Shopify and Woocommerce experience
- Social media management is a PLUS* (IG Content Curation, create and schedule posts, engagement)
- Minimum 3 years of Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Marketing Experience
- Experience with US customers is a huge PLUS.

Salary and Benefits:

- Full-time starts from Php 28,000 - 35,000 php (Based on Experience)

This is for a full-time role and the hours are 10 AM to 7 PM PH time.
