Do you love LinkedIn, Facebook and you are highly organised?

Hello, Iven here.

My business needs help. We are starting a new section where we are gathering new clients by using the power of SMarketing (Social media + Marketing). You may be the person I'm looking for.

Using a combination of LinkedIn and Active Campaign/MailChimp we are going out to get new customers and need some expert support and help. Here are the core skills you will need.
- LinkedIn - Good experience using the platform to gather contacts and run campaigns to attract interest and stay in touch
- Facebook - I am not using this very well and need someone with expertise to build the effectiveness of this as a marketing tool
- Wordpress - my website is built using this and part of the job is posting blogs and adding video and other content. You will need to know the basics of how Wordpress works
- be able to post regularly on social media
- English - speak and write very good English as you will be dealing directly with Australian customers

To support the marketing we have set up Active Campaign (if you know Mail Chimp that will be Ok).

Here are the jobs that need to be done
- managing a database and keeping it updated using Active Campaign
- posting blog updates to Facebook, LinkedIn and the website
- If you are familiar with LinkedIn Sales navigator that is a big advantage
- making appointments with new and existing clients using Google Calendar and apps
- following up new contacts to book them into the sales process so it generates new business
- making and managing travel bookings
- be available for 20 hrs per week at the beginning
- be a very organised and methodical person with high admin skills
- be able to learn from video tutorials. Excellent training materials are available
- be able to think for yourself because I travel a lot and may not be available to always answer questions or judge what you should do

That should get us started and we can build your skills from there.
