JOB OVERVIEW

Melbourne Entertainment Company is seeking a full time Virtual Customer Service & Sales Assistant. The role is primarily emailing & quoting clients about booking entertainment (DJs/Bands/Musicians/Performers) for weddings and events. But there will also be a variety of administrative tasks on a weekly basis to complete.

The person we are hiring must have perfect, fluent written English and very good spoken English. They must be very comfortable and quick at typing/responding to emails. As well as be able to speak fluently over the phone.
