Marketing Manager and Video Editor for Real Estate Company

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager and Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate marketing and a strong understanding of the technical and creative aspects of video editing.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate listings
Creating and editing engaging video content for YouTube and Reels
Collaborating with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns
Managing and maintaining the company's social media presence
Analyzing and interpreting market data to identify trends and opportunities
Managing budgets and timelines for marketing projects
Importing and organizing footage, sound, and graphics
Color grading and audio mixing
Adding special effects and animation as needed
Exporting and delivering final videos in a variety of formats
Staying current with the latest trends and techniques in real estate marketing and video editing
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in real estate marketing and video editing
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
Experience with color grading and audio mixing
Ability to work well under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Experience in real estate marketing and editing video content for YouTube and Reels is a plus
