a leading National permanent makeup clinic is looking for a English and Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible for responding to Instagra ---------- ssages from potential customers while providing excellent customer service skills

Essential functions:
• Receives incoming calls, booking calendar management , and provides information on product availability, pricing, making invoices + any additional information needed by the customer
• Cross train and assist in other functional areas such as follow up

• Supports Business Development Grouped by carrying out delegated tasks in accordance with established procedures, including customer follow-up
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of company trainings and services

* Assist students on booking our trainings, and communicates this information to the Customer Service Manager


• Generate outgoing calls/ messages specifically for the purpose of increasing sales to existing customers by building relationships and following up on existing trainings and services

• Performs general clerical duties, such as data input of clients on our booking calendars for our permanent make up artists


• Organizes booking schedules,
to ensure that they are easily accessible to our team

• Maintain current company knowledge of our training and services,

• Resolves customer inquiries and concerns for a positive resolution

Support chat function for website / ----------

• Other duties as assigned based on business needs or management’s request

Qualifications:
• English and Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken)
• 2 years’ experience in a call center or ecommerce customer service environment
• Ability to work a graveyard shift.
