Marketing Research – Executive Assistant

As part of our growth, we are looking for the following person to assist one of our executive.

The Functions Needed to be filled by person:
- Professional:
- Research industry trends around SEO, Paid search, Multichannel Analytics, Display Advertising, Mobile and demographic trends in US, Asia and Europe
o Through reading 10-15 information channels such as:
-Emarketer.com
- Econsultancy.com
- Smartbrief.com
- Twitter feeds
- Altimetergroup.com

o Ability to write 100-250 words summaries to be published by executive
- Ability to use HootSuite to publish articles/reports onto Twitter, Facebook, and other channels (sent by said executive through emails)
- Ability to develop a matrix of vendors (given by executive) and fill in all the features/functionality of such products, pricing, customers, and credentials for those vendors
- Ability to set appointments on outlook (using outlook software)
- Strong practical usage of powerpoint, word and excel

Personal:
- If given parameters of selection for a product (digital camera, laptop bag) – ability to research, and determine the top 3 products (out of 20-50) and provide recommendations (in the form of a matrix as mentioned above)
- Ability to book restaurant reservations
- Write thank you notes to contacts

- Matrix or documents that show that you are able to summarize multiple vendors/subjects with features/functionality – such document should be used to make a decision on what vendor to pursue.
- 2-3 examples of powerpoints that were developed from scratch
- 2 references of executives you have helped living in the US or Europe
- Your monthly rate for full time
