SDR - Appointment Setter

Position: SDR - Outbound Lead Generation
Type: Full-time, Remote (40 hours/week)
Location: Philippines (candidates must be able to work in USA EST time zone)

Salary: $625 base + $25 for each qualified appointment that attends their scheduled meeting

Job Description:

We are a California-based company seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation specialist to join our team. The role will involve outbound cold outreach via email, with the goal of generating leads for our B2B services. This is a remote position, and the candidate will be based in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have experience similar to that of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be able to work effectively in a remote, culturally diverse environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold outreach via email to generate leads
Identify and qualify potential customers
Schedule appointments with qualified leads
Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM
Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound lead generation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
