Hello, my name is Luke Damant. A travel vlogger from Australia with 6 million followers online. I've been to the Philippines twice and loved my time there, I can't wait to visit again soon!

I am hiring an additional full-time short-form content video editor to create Tik Tok and Reels from existing content. The video Editor will be responsible for coming up with creative short-form content ideas, editing these videos, and making the required revisions.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute the creative vision for short from content
-Create, review and edit videos for short-form content.
-Editing and post-production of video content, including colour correction, audio mixing, and special effects
-Ensuring all videos meet technical and quality standards
-Keeping up with current trends and best practices in video editing and production
-Provide feedback to Luke and the team on ways to improve and enhance short-form content

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a video editor
-Strong writing and editing skills
-Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in short from content
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
-Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
-Experience working with a variety of video formats and codecs
-Experience with colour correction and audio mixing
