We are a rapidly expanding Web and Mobile applications developer. We pride ourselves on bringing our clients the most beautiful websites experiences around.

We are looking for a Graphics Designer to produce PSD mockups and is willing to take direction from our creative directors. Our idea applicant would work fast, (copying other ideas from awwwards.com or best of website sites ok) and produce developer ready mockups.

The final produce should require minimal adjustment, and we would like them to have a basic understanding of the effect of various design on the finished website-- An example is sometimes something may look nice, but requires a lot of coding -- and therefore we may preference something that looks "almost" as nice, but doesn't require as much coding. Also another issue we have run into with designers is they make beautiful mockups that do not translate well to other platforms like mobile/tablet etc.

We will consider a designer that does the typical block graphic layouts that most designer do if they exhibit strong abilities in balance of elements, typography etc.
