Local SEO Specialist

IBEX Roof is looking for a Local SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. An ideal candidate will have solid on-page, off-page, and technical SEO ---------- this role, the Local SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing our website with on-page SEO ---------- addition, you will be involved in SEO activities such as content and link building, as well as keyword research to increase our ranking on all major search engines.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of proven SEO experience both in on-page and off-page strategies.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs).
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in local SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like BrightLocal, Ahrefs, GBP/GMB, etc.
• Can work during PST hours
• Experience in technical SEO, HTML, and Schema Markup (JS is not a requirement but a huge PLUS).

Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing our company website’s on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Perform ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in developing a solid content marketing strategy.
• Perform ongoing site audits and identify issues that need to be fixed.
• Suggest effective link-building campaigns to execute.
• Provide weekly or monthly SEO updates for the digital marketing team.
• Assist in reviewing leads attribution and opportunities from Yelp, Thumbtack, etc (you will be trained for this).
