Tech Genius - Case Management Tools Expert (Filevine)

NOW HIRING! Experienced Full-Time Case Management Tools Expert for Leppard Law, PLLC, a burgeoning Central Florida law firm. We need a computer genius to help us develop FileVine software


Candidate must possess the following:

Note that candidates MUST be technologically savvy. We all work hard and move fast. There are strict deadlines. You can trust that this is a great job with plenty of work available and an awesome team culture, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%!

- Expertise in using CRM type software, with experience in using Filevine is a bonus (Lawmatics and Clio is a plus).
- Expertise in computer software (such as Zapier or Excel).

While we don't necessarily expect you to understand FileVine, we will train you on FileVine and you will use your expertise to help law firms develop their software.

Responsibilities:
- Filevine (legal CRM) Custom Editing -- Document Generation
- Expert in troubleshooting Legal Case and Contract Management Software
- Fusion Report
- Custom Fields Updating
- Phases and Workflow Buildout
- CRM and Workflow Automation

- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel ( ---------- serting and Deleting Merge Fields)
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Good English Communication Skills (you will be communicating with the legal clients to help them develop their software)
- A highly skilled ability to multi-task
- Very strong attention to detail
- Quality to respect matters of a confidential nature

Pay shall be higher than the market rate for a high-quality person. Stated otherwise, we are willing to pay you more than other firms, but we are also looking for an individual who stands out in their commitment to excellence. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in our clients’ lives and be a part of something big. While we don’t expect you to be psychic, candidates should be able to commit to at least two years of full-time employment. We are not looking for short-term, part-time candidates. There also shall be room for growth as our firm is expanding rapidly.

Some months we are exceptionally busy and you may work more than 40 hrs a week some weeks.
