Performance Marketing MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team! As a Perfr, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, media communications, event management and customer care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will help build up performance marketing and be responsible for implementing and optimising the measures developed in the team. You will contribute to your tasks with a lot of freedom and creative freedom in an already large marketing department that has great importance and high visibility within the company. You will be responsible for media buying from Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads to TikTok Ads. You are responsible for tracking campaigns and regularly present your reports and derive optimisation measures from them. You also actively follow trends in performance marketing and identify opportunities to better personalise and automate measures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in performance marketing
