JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our team and clients to ensure smooth, efficient operation of our daily business activities. This includes a variety of tasks related to organization, operational performance, and communication.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized with great attention to detail, have excellent time management skills, and be a proactive self-starter who can act and complete tasks with minimal supervision but also knows when to ask for clarification

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calendar Management

Email
Management (Company & CEO accounts)
Managing Information
Invoicing
Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is a plus
CRM Maintenance & Management
Follow up with prospective clients/leads
Able to work PST Hours - Attending tea ---------- etings every other Monday 6-7 PM PST
Perform AdHoc tasks as needed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
VA Experience
Preferably with experience working with CRM tools; Nutshell would be a plus
Familiarity with other software and applications (Google Workplace)
Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
Outstanding time management skills
Basic Graphic Designs is a plus
Detail oriented
Organized and self-motivated
High level of professionalism
