Marketing Manager - 5+ Years Experience ONLY

Our online pet company creates large online events and digital products for pet owners and experts. Our mission is to help pets, and their owners share a better quality of life together by providing them with the information they need to raise a happy, healthy pet.

We’re looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join our team to help design and execute our content marketing strategy and manage the rest of the team to ensure quality assurance.

ABOUT YOU:
+ You have 5+ years in content marketing
+ You have 3+ years in managing a team of 4 or more people
+ High attention to detail & strong communicator
+ Great attitude to working as part of a team
+ Strong adherence to deadlines, targets & budgets
+ Vocal about any bottlenecks or bandwidth challenges in your role
+ Love the fast-paced, chaotic environment of startups where you can make your mark and help shape the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Owning the content pipeline from end-to-end
+ Managing the team to ensure Quality Assurance & targets and deadlines are hit
+ Help the team produce well-researched content for publication.
+ Leverage internal data to produce an insight-driven content strategy and delegate to the team as relevant
+ Responsible for email marketing & automation: strategy, writing, and publishing
