Content Writer/ SEO Backlinker

I run a small SEO agency and am looking for someone that has experience in content writing as well as backlinking. I work with a tool called SEMrush to do keyword research and update directory listings for my clients. Once that is done, I publish 2 blogs monthly for my clients and consistently search for and get backlinks. I am new to SEO so I am looking for someone that already knows what they are doing and doesn't need to be trained.
