Expert in Comparative Market Analysis (Comp) Reports and Real Estate Appraisals

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional to join our team as an Expert in Comparative Analysis Reports and Real Estate Appraisals. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of land in the real estate market and be able to provide accurate After Repair Value (ARV) for houses and Market value assessments for large and small acreage land.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to determine the value of large and small acreage land
Analyze comparable sales and market trends to provide accurate ARV and market value assessments
Prepare detailed comparative analysis reports for clients
Communicate effectively with clients to explain and justify assessment findings
Stay current on industry trends and changes in real estate regulations
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate appraisal or comparable experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of relevant software and technology, such as Excel, Zillow, data tree, land watch, Redfin, and county property ascessor and appraisal websites.
