Loan Evaluator

Job Description:

The position is responsible in performing credit evaluation of housing loan applications to ensure the credit worthiness of borrowers to meet the credit standards and requirements of PPHC and Lending Institutions.

- Evaluate Housing Loan Application (HLA) based on the credit policies and procedures of PPHC and Lending Institutions (Bank/HDMF)

- Ensure updated and accurate status of accounts (In-house and Bank-financed) are recorded in the master list of accounts in-process with Credit Evaluation Section to be used as reference for weekly report, cash flow, follow- up requirement by Sales Department to Brokers and reference for Broker's Bill for Commission.

- Monitor accounts to address concerns and issues of buyers and lending institutions.


Job Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year Business related course

- At least 1 year experience as Loan Evaluator or similar position

- Loan Processing/Documentation

- Customer Service- Oriented

- Proficient in using computer software (MS Office)

- Negotiation Skill

- Good communication skills (handling buyer's inquiries; good at business correspondence)

- Keen to details; result oriented; highly motivated, systematic organized, customer service oriented
