Sales Development Representative (Outbound Support Representative) demonstrates their sales skills to our clients

Scope of Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, and persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services or request donations for charitable causes.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
• Adjust sales scripts better to target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Conduct clients or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
• Other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or CEO

Qualifications:

• Must have an accumulated six months total of work experience
• Should be of legal age.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to working in an office-based setup.
• Sales/Marketing experience
