Ecommerce Assistant

Hello!

I'm looking for an ecommerce assistant that will help with a variety of tasks relating to ---------- 's essential that you are honest, organized and responsible. You must be a keen learner and someone who is able to take initiative.

The unnegotiable skills you should have are:
Knowledge of operating the back end of shopify
Experience in ecommerce product research
Customer service experience with handling tricky customers
Influencer outreach experience
Basic spreadsheet formatting & admin knowledge ( google docs, sheets)
Great communication
High level of confidence in English speaking and writing
Experience publishing products to shopify
Basic photo editing

Optional bonus skills:
Fluent in chinese (reading/writing)
Copywriting
Marketing
Web development (HTML, JS, CSS, LIQUID)
Project management skills

Your tasks will be:
Reaching out to content creators on various platforms such as fiverr, upwork, instagram, tiktok
Negotiating and messaging back and forth with creators
Compiling spreadsheets
Processing orders on shopify
Answering a small number of customer emails
Product research using multiple tools
Downloading images and videos
Organizing content in to correct folders
Creating product pages on shopify and listing products
Copywriting for products using a template
Communicating with tea ---------- mbers and keeping everything in check
Other general virtual assistant and administrative tasks
