Graphic Designers/Artists

I am looking for a motivated graphic designer to bring some ideas to life. I'm wanting someone who can produce 10 designs within a weeks time and can communicate with me throughout the process. The designs will range from simple text (short quotes/phrases) with a small graphic (silhouettes or outlines) to more detailed images involving some artistic skill.

If work is consistent and great I will be hiring full time.
