VA with a Managerial job

Our company is looking for a VA with the following requirements:

The individual must be assertive and detail-oriented
Has prior experience in handling projects and leading them
Knows how to manage people for this is a Managerial type of job
Can easily adapt to different type of culture (since the one for this job would be with a diverse group of people)
Knowledgeable in working on the Wordpress website
A teamplayer (the VA would be working with the developers of our PH team for the Wordpress website)

We are a Dutch Online Marketing Company working with 8 senior Eastern-European Wordpress developers. We are looking to extend our team, who can assist and lead on our projects.
