Creative Strategist for paid advertising

Need an expert creative strategist to scale our DTC brand.
We are looking to grow our creative team. We are looking for a creative strategist and / or video editor that:

- understands how to make ads that convert on Facebook
- understands how to pattern out formulas, i.e. main hook-overcome objection-social proof-cta
- understands how to look at data and pivot (data driven creative)
- is capable at taking existing client assets and editing them into an ad that will convert
- can research / conceptualize new ad ideas, concepts, etc. for clients
- can write creative brief and can source content from sources
