JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to help us expand our clientele. This role will be focused on lead generation to develop a consistent sales pipeline for our sales team and will require the dedication to meet activity quotas on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.


Hours: 10AM to 6PM EST (11PM to 7AM Manila time)
Compensation: $650/month plus commission


Responsibilities:

- Cold call & email prospective customers
- CRM to track daily sales metrics ( ---------- )
- Use ---------- for email outreach to prospective clients
- Schedule business meetings with prospective clients
- Attend customers’ first sales call over Zoom with lead sales team


Requirements and skills:

- Proficiency in written and spoken English language required
- Experience working in a relevant sales role (BDR, Account Executive, etc.)
- Successful sales track record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
- Communication and objection-handling skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience in customer support preferred
- Market knowledge (ecommerce, SMS competitors, email providers) preferred
- Experience in ---------- is a plus
- Reliable and back up wifi and power is a must
