SEO Focused Article/Content Writer

We are an ecommerce company that is looking for a creative and highly motivated writer to help with SEO content writing and general copywriting. You will be required to write as well as proofread and edit a variety of materials for our company and our clients, including:

• Blog Posts
• Social Media Posts
• Product Descriptions for Ecommerce
• Email Newsletters
• Website Copy
• Marketing and Sales Copy
• E-books
• And more

The position will start off as part-time and may very likely turn into a full-time position since we are projected to grow BIG! We offer a friendly team and environment communicating internally via Slack and managing projects on Clickup. If you’re up for the challenge of taking on a variety of writing assignments and with each day different, we’d love for you to join our team! Content topics will primarily include but may not be limited to; the Body Armor/Bulletproof Vest and Coffee/Coffee Roasting Niches.

Required skills:
• Excellent written English
• Basic SEO skills (Additional training will be provided.)
• Attention to detail - when applying for this position, mention “SEO Writer for Ecom”
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Flexible and creative - This position requires being able to adapt and write a myriad of different projects and assignments
• Resourceful - The ability to find different resources and get things done
• Wordpress (basic) posting of articles, simple formatting
• Keyword research - Knowing how to find good target keywords to rank blog posts
• Research skills - when writing blog articles, etc.

BONUS if you have any of these additional skills:
• Experience using SurferSEO
• Experience using Jasper.ai, previously Jarvis.ai or conversion.ai
• Social media management
• Graphic design or Canva experience
• Web development
• Copyediting
• Sales copywriting
